IncidentExplorer is an interface to data from the Libya Crisis Map. You can find out more in the short abstract and poster, which I presented at VisWeek 2011.

IncidentExplorer is written in JavaScript, using d3. The code is available on GitHub. If you’re interested in crowdsourced crisis information more generally, you might wish to look at my recent publications.
